The creative arts, personal growth and spirituality have been the fabric of Claudia’s life for 40 years. She has undertaken visual arts trainings and various different psychotherapy trainings during that time.

The path of a self-reflective life has lead her to India where she engaged in different mindfulness practices for long periods of time.

Claudia believes that our own personal self actualisation is the cornerstone to offer an environment of healing and integration for others.

Through her private practice as an art therapist for the past 12 years she gained experience working with a broad variety of issues and clientele, including children, adult/parents, elderly, cancer patients, prisoners, domestic violence, sexual abuse, drug and alcohol and grief and loss.

Claudia uses a body-centred, mindfulness based approach as an art therapist and as a family constellation facilitator, specialising in developmental trauma.

Be it in group work or in one on one sessions, Claudia believes that it is important to experience and realize that we are part of a bigger field and fabric in order to heal our sense of isolation and separation.

Claudia enjoys being at home on her peaceful property which she shares with her best teachers, nature, her partner and their three cats.
