Donna Longden began her career as a Registered Nurse and Midwife. Her journey has taken her through the fields of health, social science and education, holding qualifications in these three areas. Donna has worked in the Catholic, Independent and Tertiary education sectors as a school counsellor and Educator.
In 2010 – 2011 she held the position of Head of Post-graduate studies in Counselling at Tabor Adelaide. Donna’s passion rests with supervision of counsellors equipping them for their chosen paths and her own work with families and children. Donna currently works in private practice and as a school counsellor at St Andrew’s School. Her focus of both supervision and counselling families and children allows her to integrate her knowledge of counselling, holistic health and education into her professional work settings.
Her striving is in empowering both counsellor and client, staff, and students in the areas of self-discipline, respect, tolerance and empathy so they can excel in their own personal goals of excellence.
