Results of the annual Quality Indicators Survey 2018

We recently completed the annual Quality Indicators Survey for ASQA – all 2017 VET Students were surveyed on their experiences with Ikon.

The trends from previous years continued in terms of positive feedback – Students are happy with the course content, academic training staff and learning environment within the Ikon Institute.

100 % of respondents felt the trainers had an excellent knowledge of the subject content.

96% of respondents felt the training focused on relevant skills.

92% of respondents felt they developed the knowledge expected from the training.

70% of respondents felt the training prepared them well for work.

85% of respondents felt an overall satisfactions with the training.

80% of respondents felt they would recommend the training to others.

93% of respondents felt that the way they were assessed was a fair test of their skills and knowledge.

85% of respondents felt the assessments were based on realistic activities.
